Running an ethical and diverse business today is not only an essential business practice, but one that will keep you on the right side of the law and in good stead with your clients and customers.

We cannot view quality, ethics, diversity, or any other worthy goal in isolation, or that goal becomes a narrow, insulated, and irrelevant department which receives money and lip service, but little else.
